Ibe Kachikwu congratulates Mohammed Barkindo for emerging new OPEC Secretary-General (photos)

Mohammed Barkindo, a former Group Managing Director of NNPC, was appointed the new Secretary General of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries‎ OPEC yesterday June 2nd. Minister of state for Petroleum Resources, Ibe Kachikwu, was at the OPEC meeting which held in Vienna.
